Dining Chair PACK Red HAY

Designed by British designer Jasper Morrison and produced by HAY, the Pack chair embodies a radical, almost anonymous simplicity, in keeping with the “super normal” aesthetic dear to the designer. Sold unassembled, it consists of four legs, a seat, a backrest, and the necessary fasteners, along with a simple Allen wrench, all of which literally fit inside its own “pack,” which gives it its name. This economy of means is by no means a compromise: behind the apparent ordinariness lies a meticulous study of materials and manufacturing processes, with the seat and backrest shells made from 80% post-consumer recycled polypropylene. Designed to be accessible without ever sacrificing the rigor of its design, Pack embodies a chair that feels like one you’ve always known, capable of fitting seamlessly into a home, a café, or an office without ever imposing itself.
